Alexz Renteria has worked in the entertainment industry for the past 13 years. She started her career making B-horror films with her college professor, Julian Grant (Sweet Leaf & Arkam Sanitarium: Soul Eater). Alexz went on to work at several production companies including: Blumhouse Productions, Gunpowder & Sky, Warrior Poets & The Cinemart. Her previous credits include: director's assistant and production coordinator for Netflix's The Pharmacist, Hulu's Fyre Fraud, Paramount Network's The Trayvon Martin Story and Blumhouse's Sinister 2. Alexz is also a former host of the Ghoul Chat Podcast.She currently works as an associate producer at Key To The City Productions in NYC by day and is writing her first memoir, poetry book, and screenplay by night.Alexz was born in Phoenix, Arizona and received her BA degree in Cinema Art + Science with a minor in Arts Management from Columbia College in Chicago.
